Southwest School Uniforms Co

I have been waiting for four weeks for my order to come in. They never have definite answers to tell you and for the cost of the uniforms, they should already buy enough items because they know that all of the schools have to come to them for the purchases. Parents need to get with the Superintendent, Tom Wilso0n, so a change can be made. I don't understand why we cannot buy the Levines pants (they last longer and more durable) then the high priced pants we are obligated to purchase. This whole process is ridiculous. more

I would not recommend any one to purchase uniforms from this store. The manager is rude and will not work with you. The clothes are stiff and not the best quality. In addition to being extremely expensive. ( A pair of pants cost $27 but you can find the same style in another store for half the price). We are forced to shop here becuase of the school logo. If I could take my business anywhere else I would. More parents to need to voice their complaints and concerns to the their school or parent association so that changes can be made or allow parents to purchase clothes from another vendor. more

Because of the school my son attends, I was unable to shop around for uniforms because this uniform due to rights to the school's logo. I ordered 3 shirts a week prior to my son starting school. I was told they would be in the first of the following week. They said they would call me but I never received a call. I tried to call their store and the line was either busy, or nobody would answer and the machine would pick up. I finally went up there the Saturday before school started knowing they should be in. NOPE! They were on back order and shipping out the first week that school started. It is two weeks later and no uniform shirt. I have been trying to call the store for two days and nobody will pick up the line nor call me to tell me my uniforms are in. I called their other store in Red Oak to be informed by the rude clerk on that line that they don't pick up the phone if they are busy or have customers in the store. WHAT????!!! A company won't answer their phone because they don't want to? I told the girl that I found that rather rude and would be visiting that location with an unhappy attitude. What ever you do, do not buy from this store if you don't have to. STAY AWAY! Pros: Lots to choose from Cons: Rude, overpriced, does not deliver as promised. more

The service is poor and they seem un-organized , the quality of the pants/shorts and T-shirts is very poor. You can find a more durable uniform product at Walmart. Pros: They have two locations Cons: Your limited to one store or the other for shirts.. more

Overly priced and very poor service. We waited to receive our uniforms, that were promised to us in 2-3 weeks, for 2-3 months. We STILL have not received some of the items we have ALREADY PAID FOR. Why pay for things, your children can't even wear to school, because they don't have them. more
