Pat O`Connor has been taking care of me for over 33 years -- I always drive the Lincoln Town Car -- sorry you are not making it any longer -- I will miss it. You can thank him for me for giving me such good service over all these years.He also takes care of my wife`s Explorer. She used to drive the Continental -- but that one has been gone for a long time now. more

As a woman, buying a car can be intimidating. When I first arrived at the dealership the sales staff was prompt, polite, and very helpful. I wanted to look at the new MKX. After researching online and on Southwest?s website I called one of their internet sales people Marc Black and he answered all my questions right over the phone. When I arrived at the dealership to test drive the vehicle not only was the vehicle we discussed there, but he also took the time and effort to have it cleaned up before I got there. I drove the vehicle and wow what an amazing car. After driving the Lexus, Acura, and BMW, the MKX was last on my list and in this case I saved the best for last. It was quieter, smoother, and more luxurious than any of the imports, and it was a lot more car for the money. Thanks to Marc and the Southwest team I am enjoying my car and only spent about 30 minutes in the dealership. Pros: Prompt curtious service and a no haggle approach to pricing vehicles. Cons: none, this place rocks. more
