On 1/28/16 SW Heating & Cooling installed a humidifier in my home for a cost of $1,850.00. On 2/2 humidifier stopped working. SW came out on 2/9. The tech stated they have had many problems with this humidifier. The humidifier is still was not working and I can't get anyone to return my calls. I have spoken with Lisa (secretary) numerous times who said she has given Mike McCollum (owner) my messages. The last time I called I stated I was going to file a report with the Better Business Bureau. This was the one time Mike called me back. He informed me that ?refunds were bad for his financials? and he did not offer to fix or replace the humidifier. Mike's membership with the Better Business Bureau has been revoked because he does not respond to customer complaints. This guy does not care about customers or being honest.
