at lunch-time. I've never seen a customer-service oriented business that did not have someone covering phones at lunch-time. Sometimes that is the ONLY time a very busy, hectic scheduled person can call (ON THEIR lunch hour) which just happens to coincide with sw family physicians lunch hour? That is just simply not ""good"" business practice!!! Remind's me of how bank's are-hours that are just not convenient to a public that works all hours. \r
