Very Caring 11/24/2010

I have been taking my dog here for 9 years and they have always been wonderful and taken great care of my dog. All of my options for tests have been explained and I have never been pressured into tests that I did not want. My dog needed to be referred to a specialist for his eyes and I was very happy with that referral. I would not think of going anywhere else. more

Even our dog likes it there! 9/13/2010

We have been taking our dog to this clinic for 10 years and have always had a great experience. They are very knowledgeable and will only recommend what they believe is needed. Like a previous reviewer stated, they give you options. The staff is very friendly and concientious, I wouldn't consider taking our dog anywhere else. We drive 40 minutes to continue going there and our dog is excited to see them every time we go. more

Excellent Vet Clinic 3/19/2010

I have taken my dogs here for 10 years. If they need tests, I am given various options. The results are always explained. Referrals to specialists (one for cancer and one for orthopedic surgery) were appreciated and the referrals were always to the best specialists in their field. The Vet has excellent skills and and an extensive peer network with which he consults. You couldn't do better for your soecial furry members of your family. more

Southview Animal Clinic is GREAT! 10/16/2009

I disagree with the previous review. I have been taking my 4 pets to this animal clinic since 1998. they are no nonsense, affordable and I have never been 'pressured' in to procedures or items not needed. They have never been rude to me and really do care about my 'babies'. They have had several students working there over the years, but I have never felt that they were more knowledgeable than the doctor. Perhaps they were reacting to your attitude? more

All about the MONEY 9/27/2009

I have found that this Clinic is just in it for the money.The Dr. there seems to be a self centered man. They will try to talk you into getting stuff that you don't need just so they can make a profit off of you. Well and his wife....She is very RUDE and inconsiderate and I could keep going on but it's not worth my time. The Vet Tech who is working there is GREAT. I think she knows more then the doc and his wife put together... more

Southview Animal Hospital has good and knowledgeable veterinarians and staff. They will treat your dog (or cat) like a member of your family. They will answer all your questions. It is easy to get an appointment and there is rarely a long wait. more
