I went to get a tattoo covered up. Had great service the few times I came here before. Not so much this time! I went on a Friday night and waited for 2 hours. I stepped outside for 20 min and told the ppl before me I was going outside in case the guy, Greg, asked. I came back in and A HALF HOUR LATER AFTER I APPROACHED HIM, Greg said he thought I had left and that I would have to come back. So I wasted my Friday night. I go back in Saturday morning and get seen pretty quickly. They draw up the bear paw that is supposed to cover my existing tattoo. Veronica comes out and says the tattoo I want is too big and will look goofy but I really want a bear paw. I suggest a different shape and she suggests maybe 2 paws will look good and I say GREAT! So then Mike, who is going to do my tattoo, comes out with a drawing of one paw? Re-shaped so it will fit but not be too big. Which is what I originally wanted. So we go down. He is blasting heavy metal (which makes me want to turn around and bash his face in halfway through his tattooing). Anyhow, when he sticks the imprint on my back, it looks a little off to me but I can't place why. He says that the chin of the wolf (my old tattoo) is sticking out the bottom, so he had to ""go down further"". What that ends up meaning is that instead of re-drawing the tattoo or adjusting it or even starting the tattoo down further, he tattooed a random BUMP on the bottom of the bear paw to cover ONLY the chin! I looked briefly before leaving and left (in pain) but when I noticed it at home, I FREAKED. I called about getting this fixed & the guy who answered the phone COULDNT EVEN REITERATE TO MIKE WHAT MY PROBLEM WAS WORD FOR WORD. He told Mike I wanted it to look LESS like a bear paw? I asked to talk to Veronica, and called another day and left her a message - no dice. YOU WERE BETTER WITHOUT THE BOYS, SS TATTOO. PS: Don't let em give you runaround about making an appt - there's a $50 deposit - PAY IT & MAKE ONE!
Pros: The waiting room was clean and had great music going on, Veronica is hands down the best tattoo artist EVER.
Cons: No parking - horrendous wait time - they give you the runaround about everything but taking your money - the men are downright vapid - not nearly as ""female friendly"" as they used to be.
