Not so Friendly 1/3/2012

This office staff has deplorable manners. When I called to make an appointment for my daughter, the receptionist was incredibly rude in explaining that my daughter wouldn't be seen because she wasn't a transfer patient. When I said we would be happy to transfer her files, she said that the office would not see her because she had been to a different doctor and that I was "using their office this one time" which was against their office policy (which I wasn't going to do). I am glad that I did not waste my time with these unprofessional people. more

extended hrs 10/1/2005

not only do they have a very caring staff and even if you dont normally see one of the drs on call they will still bend over backwards to do everything they can to make sure you are comfortable wioth the care you receive.You couldnt ask for a better selection of caregivers as who they have on staff. PROS: my kids love nemo you will find him in the fishtank! CONS: more
