They helped me find a washer and dryer and saved me a few hundred dollars compared to other shops in the area and delivery was right on time. I'll definitely be back!

Horrible Product and Service - Very Dirty and Overpriced 11/17/2011

I stopped by here because I thought it was the appliance store I used to go to called The Appliance Outlet. Very misleading that they have the sign for the other company still up. Anyway, these appliances are old and very dirty. I had the same experience as the above reviewer. I was there 20 min and the guy wouldn't get off his cell phone. I did find out that the company that used to be there relocated over to S. Meridian St. after this guy told me he had bought them. Very dishonest and products were horrible. He should be down on 10th st. or something. more

Becareful 7/29/2011

Bought a used refrigerator that took to many days to get delivered. It was used, but we thought it would be in better condition. It was cockroach infested, we had to call Terminix to come out and spray the house and garage. Cost me $95 to have this done, not very happy. I called Southport Discount Appliance about the delivery issues after they didn't show up as promised on Wednesday. They said first thing Thursday the next day - it got here at 3:30 in the afternoon. The lady at the Shop hung up on me, when I asked why so long, since I took of work that morning for the delivery. more
