Southfork terrible place to live and getting worse and worse every day. Rent keeps going up this time increased 4 months early. No maintenance streets are cracked and rutted the trailers are disgusting. Illegal immigrants everywhere. They are rude, loud, and criminal and do not care the crime in this place is frightening. My car has been broken into 3 times and anything we try to put in our yard is stolen. Litter is outrageous you could take hours every day pick up all of the litter and next day same thing again litter everywhere there is no street sweeping or clean up it is a joke. Try to keep your place looking nice forget it. They try to tell us theres nothing they can do about the crime. Called lakes are toxic mudhole swamps. Can't wait to get OUT people that like it are illegals that have no other place to go. Drive in it looks good office all remodeled. Drive down side streets GHETTO should be condemned junk all over in yards. more

As MYSTerB said, this place is 100% terrible, rented here for a year (I get out in 10 days YAY!) and they are garbage, the door UPON FIRST MOVING IN, was slanted at an angle, told management when we first got here, and they did nothing, few months later, told them again, still nothing. Just a couple months ago told them again, then again this month, STILL NOTHING so... finally it got to the point where the door was so hard to open, that eventually I pulled the handle right out of the base trying to open the door(just called them and FINALLY they say they are going to send someone out to fix it. People blare music at all hours of the night while driving home. People outside talking (quite loudly....enough to wake me up anyhow) at all hours of the night as well. Dealers living here, nothing being done about it, told them about many misc small issues in the unit, and nothing was done about it, if they try to make me pay for repairs for their own errors, they are dreaming, I wouldn't recommend this place to my enemies. more

I have lived in Southfork for almost 3 years now. What a mistake. It has progressively gone downhill since I moved in. It's a great place to live IF you’re a child molester, drug dealer, illegal alien etc. because the so called ""management"" team is a joke. They have no idea who actually lives in each mobile home, as long as they get their money each month, they don't care. There are two ""known"" dope dealers on my street alone. If you like low life scum, disrespectful illegal immigrants, punk kids with no adult supervision and having to worry about getting broke into, the ""Come on Down!""\r We have had several break ins recently and a few weeks ago a shooting down by the crack house! Nice! Great management. These people are as big a part of the problem as the trash they allow in. It is truly sad because the facilities here are decent, and there are a few, very few, decent people in the park, of course, most of them , including myself, are looking to move out.\r So there should be plenty of room for more illegal aliens and dopers.\r more
