Amazing! 6/23/2011

My Wife and I had been staying with another management company, but after being treated very poorly, we found Southern Resorts. I am so glad that we made the switch, their staff is alway friendly, our room at Crystal Dunes was clean and beautiful! They also have a keyless lock system, so check-in was so easy. (we even got into the condo early)!! My recommendation is to never use another company and book with Southern Resorts, you will not be disappointed. more

This is a terrible company 1/17/2011

My wife and I booked a vacation through Southern Resorts only to have them cancel the reservation after providing a booking #, a confirmation # and charging the deposit to our credit card. They decided after accepting payment that the rental unit in question could only be booked in weekly increments (we had booked for 4 nights.) Needless to say, our entire group is very disappointed and we will not be using Southern Resorts again. more

The Best on the Emerald Coast 2/10/2010

Hey fellow vacationers,\r \r I've been coming to Destin and Panama City Beach since I was a little boy and now I bring my own wife and kids at least twice a year. My parents and I used different companies and complexes through the years. About 7 years ago I had a colleague refer me to Southern Resorts Vacation Rentals. I tried them and have been a loyal customer ever since. \r \r They gave me great service and did not hesitate to make sure we were happy. I now refer all of my co-workers to them and they enjoy it too. Definitely go with them for your next trip to the beach. more

Southern Resorts stinks! 7/10/2009

I will not deal with this company ever again! I had a CONFIRMATION on a condo I reserved in March for a vacation in August. When I called in July to make sure everything was in order, they informed me that my reservation had been cancelled in March because this unit only rented by the week and I had only rented it for 5 days. Supposedly they had called me in March to inform me of this. They NEVER called me! Thank goodness I called or 12 people would have been without a place to stay. I found another company to deal with and thankfully found something else. more

Wonderful vacation rental company 10/20/2007

We have been to Destin 8 times, and discovered Southern Resorts by our third visit. I will not use another rental company there. The customer service is top notch and the rates are very reasonable. There are not any hidden fees and scheduling your visit is a cinch! more
