Customer for life 4/29/2011

Best Service I have ever gotten. I have went to other dealers in the past and had bad experiences,so I gave Southern States Hyundai a try. I made a appointment online and with in a few minutes someone from the dealership called me. I went in to get my car serviced and they had me in and out. They were so nice and helpful.While I was in the dealership waiting for my car to be done I was talking to another customer. She told me that she always brings her car into Southern States and that they have always been happy to help her. The staff is friendly and helpful. I found that the price of a so called Quick Lube place wasn't as I thought CHEAPER.. This is where I will be getting all my future services done.Thanks Southern States for being such a honest service department, Customer for life! more

Very professional and excellent service was provided in the Hyundai Body Shop. Repairs were great - I can't tell my car was ever in an accident. Great customer service. more

Very happy 4/13/2011

I took my two year old Hyundai here after I noticed it leaking oil and the staff here were caring and helpful. Even after the found the problem to be a plug forgotten on a previous oil change (at a Jiffy Lube) they did not charge me for labor to fix it. They only charged me for a new oil change. I have taken my car back here for service and will continue to do so! I was very happy with the cost too. Usually dealers have high charges for oil changes, but they were in the low $20's! more

Good Experience 4/5/2011

I recently purchased a new Hyundai Sonata Limited Turbo from southern states hyundai in raleigh,nc. I went thru the internet department and did all the talking thru email first. It was a good experience even though I see a few negative responses. I guess depends on which sales person you get. Ofcourse there are things that can be improved on like communication skills and respond to customers on time with the right response the first time but I did not get any rudeness. Overall I would say it is was a good experience. Much better then other dealers I had to deal with. I would recommend sending them an email and working thru thier internet department. more

LOVE my new car 1/4/2011

I don't buy a car every year. And it's NOT a process I enjoy! Kay Greer at Southern States Hyundai took all the dread out of it! From the moment I arrived, she was helpful, not pushy. She was friendly,knowledgeable(this is HUGE for me) and impeccable in her follow up. I LOVE my new car and would recommend her and Southern States Hyundai any day! more
