I have had 2 units with Mark and Lynn over the past 18 months. The facility is kept very clean and well maintained. Mark and Lynn are always extremely friendly and helpful. I would recommend Southern Self Storage to anyone. more

Mark & Lynn are great people! I rented a unit to get some of the furniture out of our house while we staged it for selling. They were helpful in determining the size that I would need, took their time in showing me the different units, and helped me set up my account for automatic payments. Very patient, very helpful couple! When I sold my house, they even helped me by delivering boxes and bubble wrap when I needed it (and didn't have a way to pick it up). AMAZING! I would highly recommend this place for your storage needs. more

This is the first storage facility I have ever used and I was honestly a bit apprehensive about using one at all. more

This is the first storage facility I have ever used and I was honestly a bit apprehensive about using one at all. \r While searching in the area I found that their rates are the lowest, but their facilities appear to be brand new and are VERY CLEAN. \r They also offer a FREE rental truck when you first move your stuff in, which again I was apprehensive about since I know how Haul can stiff you for dings in a door even if you didn't put them there. But they have their own private truck, and I was able to use it on the day they were closed with zero problems. \r I even got a call when my payment was about to be couple late ( my bill notification went into my spam box and I missed it) to let me know I still had a couple days and to help me avoid any late fees. \r I've only seen two people that work there but they have been extremely nice and helpful. I will be sure to use them in the future for my storage needs. I would love to see more companies in the area run like this one. \r more

This storage unit company was perfect for me and my husband. Very close to where we were living at the time. \r The owners and workers are all very nice and have great customer service skills. \r The storage unit we rented was great for the money and was perfect till my husband and I found our new place. \r Easy access to get in and out at whatever time we needed and secuity for the storage property was perfect. \r When it was time for us to leave the owners worked with us on prorating the remaining days till we moved our stuff out. \r I would definately use them again!!! Pros: Clean, Well Lit, Great Owners Cons: NONE!!! more
