Old construction - very very overpriced ($1600 something for a 2 bedroom in an old apartment complex) plus heat and utilitiesSmall pool and small fitness center - usually you cant get a treadmill. Maintenance staff - mostly don't speak EnglishGuess they think they can ask these outrageous rents for that dumpy place because its BAY PORT - so what !! more
