Rick installed a new bottom panel and garage door opener last year and it has been fantastic. We were having a strange issue with the door not closing properly yesterday and Rick came out today (less than 24 hours of reporting our problem) and did a complete inspection and fixed the problem quickly. He also adjusted the chain, lubricated all moving parts and installed a new light bulb for us. Thank you for the excellent service again! more

I live in Woodstock and my Garage door wouldn't open around 10 PM. I called the 770-728-2323 number after 10 PM that night and they answered right away. We setup an appointment for the next morning at 7 AM so that I could get my car out of the garage to go to work. He showed up at 6.45 AM and called my cell phone instead of ringing the bell so that he wouldn't wake up the kids. Rick (I believe) was very knowledgeable and had years of experience. He fixed the Garage door in 20 minutes and stayed there while I opened and closed it a few times to make sure. He even recommended for me to print out a coupon he had available in his website for an additional discount. Would definitely recommend them to anybody. Very professional, courteous and efficient. Rich & Patrick did an excellent job. The garage doors were high quality and the installation was done timely and professionally. These to gentlemen were highly courteous in our dealings. Had to have a new Garage Door Installed Called a lot of companys for pricing Southern wasn't the cheapest but the service was perfect called on a Monday and the door was put in the next day.Went ahead and had a new garage door opener put in to.It was worth a few extra bucks for service like they provide more

Had to have my garage door repair at the worst time.Right in the middle of are snow storm Tuesday evening I never thought they would show up. I have had the delightful opportunity to use Southern Garage Door Services for the past three years. Patrick, his brother Rick, and brother Paul have been unbelievably professional, knowledgeable, friendly, and of course, everything that would deem referral and the continued use of their services for any garage door repair, as well as annual maintenance checks (they have provided both). I had an unfortunate accident that resulted in us having to have a custom garage door ordered in November. Rick and Patrick ended up installing the garage door in December. Although the door was expensive, they provided a very cost effective payment option for us. They were very expedient getting the door replaced during the holidays in December. more

This was my first time working with Southern Garage Door Services, and I was very satisfied. There was an issue with a safety eye mechanism. They were very prompt in their response time. When I called them up, they sent someone first thing the next morning. The gentleman who came was very professional. He replaced the safety eye quickly and efficiently. I could recommend Southern Garage Door all day! They are the only company out there that you can trust in this area. What happened was I had some broken springs on my garage door ,and it was making a whole lot of noise. I called five or six companies about it. Two of them never showed up. One wanted to charge me $500 dollars to fix it, and another wanted to replace the whole door. Southern Garage Door came out. They kept the time they said they were going to be there, which was a shocker. They fixed the door for about $212 dollars. I told the other company, "You wanted to charge me $500 dollars, but these guys fixed it for $212!" I told Southern,"You all got my business," and I tell all my friends about them. Goodnight, it is hard to make a living now! And they were honest. That's what I appreciated about them. They didn't try to rip me off or anything, and the work they did on the door was excellent! It looks like a brand new door. They are a reputable company that is honest. They don't try and take advantage of you. They were literally the cheapest price out of all the companies I called, and they had better quality than any of them! They did a great job! more

Southern Garage Doors does not disappoint. I called in about a broken torsion spring in my garage door and a technician came out and repaired it quickly and efficiently by replacing the springs and oiling it up. It only took about half an hour. I tested the door and it worked perfectly. Not only is Southern Garage Doors professional and prompt, the price was very reasonable. Well done! more

I called Sothern Doors when I found out I was stuck in my garage they sent their guy out with in an hour to fix my broken spring; and I was on my way to work. I highly recommend this company, they know their stuff. more
