Terrible, took them a Lexus ES300 knowing I had either a bad radio or amplifier. They told me there would be a $75 diagnosis fee to determine which was bad, they call me a week later and told me it could be the radio or the amp, that they could send them both off to be looked at and it may be $900 to repair and still charged me $75 for telling me what I had already told them. DO NOT RECOMMEND!!! Tech has no troubleshooting skills!!! more

auto audio stuff , great staff, informative too 7/13/2005

great staff here, that have customer service in mind! I had an auto start device installed on my car here and they were very helpful and have great warrenty. Also available is stereo equipment and service and installation. Location is kinda hidden so call for directions before you leave home so you don't get lost. TOP BRAND AUDIO EQUIPMENT AND ACCESSORIES available for purchase and / or installation. more
