We had A/C difficulty during a family visit to our condo in Florida. Southern Comfort responded exceptionally promptly when called for which we were grateful since at that point we were due to fly home in less that three days. Southern Comfort stayed on the job, moreover, even though it was a very tricky repair, until everything was in perfect working order. It was a wonderful feeing knowing that we could go home in full confidence that the A/C and our condo would be fine when we next vacationed in Naples. more

Southern Comfort retuned my initial call w/i 2 hours. They were willing to meet at my home with a neighbor while I was at work. My unit was completely installed within 48 hours, and I did not come home to a mess! My new unit has reduced my power bill drastically. more

Excellent professional efficient company. 5/14/2010

This company was recommended to me. They were prompt to provide the required inspection/estimate of repairs/replacement and to do the work. As an out of state owner of this property they communicated when the job was completed and answered all my questions. They were efficient and very courteous to my tenants. I can't say enough good about them as I have found alot of businesses in the area take their time to provide services and repairs when the owners are not physically there. I would recommend them and have asked my management company to do the same. more

Made sure that they wore booties over shoes when coming into the condo to keep out dirt. Able to answer all of my questions. Prompt efficient service when I needed to come out on 5/10/10 before 11:00 AM. Very satisfied. more

Air Handler was replaced due to rusty coil. The entire work order was completed in a most courteous & professional manner; crew arrived on schedule as promised, polite with attention to detail, work area was nicely vacuumed & cleaned prior to leaving. Would recommend to friends without hesitation. more

New air conditioner...tax rebate....great!!! 8/25/2009

Southern Comfort Air really worked with me when my ancient air conditioning system died. Although I got multiple quotes they were able to offer the most cost effective system with the best warranty. Then after they investigated more closely, I was able to get a more efficient larger "tax rebate qualified" system that (after the rebate) was less than their original quote. As I was up north, they were a God send! more
