Chevrolet is a favorite make of automobile of mine but our local dealership is just not up to dealing with their customers. I have been to Southern Chevrolet here in town many times but have not bought anything from them yet. If you do your homework and checkout the various websites for prices on automobiles then you know when you are being ripped off. You know when a sales person tells you that is the absolute lowest price/deal they can make, they are not telling the truth. At Southern Chevrolet, I feel like they send their sales people to RIP OFF SCHOOL or to Liars academy. They will never make you a good deal on an automobile. Sorry Southern, but that is the way you are. more

When you shop for a new vehicle, does your local dealership make you feel welcomed and like a valued customer? Not Southern Chevrolet here in Alexandria, La. on Coliseum Boulevard. Southern Chevrolet sales staff are not friendly. They have the attitude that if you don't like the price you can go elsewhere. And many people do just that. While I like to shop locally and keep my money rotating around our City, Southern Chevrolet makes that all but impossible. You can not get them to deal with you at all. They give you a price and that is it. Take it or leave it! They don't bargain. The sales agents are pushy... They want you to sign papers before you even start looking. Southern Chevrolet play " Let's Make a Deal"!!!! When we were purchasing our latest vehicle, we went to Southern Chevrolet with quotes from other dealerships near by. Southern could not even come close. When shown the quotes we had, they said, "you better take that because it is unbelievable". They didn't even try to match or beat the quotes. Goodby Southern Chevrolet.... We will go out of Town to "Make our Deals"!!!!!! more
