Finally! I found good car dealer!!! I know I had a sticky situation owing more on my SUV than it was worth but I had to give it a shot. I talked to a guy on the phone and assured me they would help me out.. well, I've heard it before but at this point I had nothing to lose so I went in and talked to them and I ended up with the most wonderful salesperson ever! From A to B he did everything he could and they got me out of my old SUV and into new Sonata like I wanted... thank god for them! Try them out they're great people! more

I called in looking for a specific SRT-8 2009 or newer.... because I called a few places prior to I was hesitant but this dealer assured me they'd take care of us and that he did. I recently went into their lot, and I must say, I am completely satisfied with their service. As soon as I walked in, I had a sales man to my full attention. Very handsome fellow, well-dressed, and had an amazing attitude. I had a couple of vehicles in mind, and of course I was open to suggestions. Anyway, after discussing my needs, and hearing my sales man out, I decided on a 4-door 2008 Honda Civic LX. I was allowed to test drive it, and completely fell in love with it. Very well taken care of, not to mention, the low mileage! Financing was fast, and easy! I drove off with my new (used) car, and I have to say that I am still very satisfied with their friendly atmosphere and high professionalism. It has been 3 months since I purchased my vehicle, and I have been recommending people ever since. Great dealership! more

Well, where do I start... my family and I have always bought from Korean dealers. Always been comfortable with them, but decided to try Socal Auto cause they had a car I liked, I went in with my family and we were surprised at their service, and their selection was HUGE! I ended up purchasing a differnet car that I liked better, but still from these guys. I had read a few bad reviews and was skeptical yet took it with a grain of salt cause anyone selling so many cars is bound to have a bad review or two. All in all an A+++++ experience. Our car turned out to be a lemon. The engine completely died a little over a month after we drove it off the lot and we had to pay thousands of dollars for the repair. Reps at this dealership had promised us repeatedly that the car was in excellent condition but it was clear they had never inspected it. Do yourself a favor. Go somewhere else. We bought a hybrid at the Fullerton location three months ago and now the engine is knocking so badly we will have to replace it, which can cost up to $5 grand. The dealership told us there's nothing we can do since we didn't get the extended warranty. Since it's a hyrbid, we're over a barrel as there aren't a lot of mechanic options in town. Any car that breaks down this badly three months after purchase was not properly inspected or repaired. DO NOT go to the dealer. They are only looking to make a quick buck.
