I have lived a Village Park apartments in Florence Alabama for over two years now. I have had plumbing problems since the day I moved in. The toilets are improperly plumbed as well as plastic sinks that do not drain. All the plumbing,flooring, even inside the toilets look like trailer park seconds. The toilets backup and over flow unexpectedly releasing urine and or feces into our air duct which is installed in the second floor but leaks into the lower level ceiling. My apartment smells like sewage. Repeated complaints do not work, the send Handy Dan out with a quick bandaid fix that only last a few days until the plastic parts break again. Gail the property manager is compulsive and mentally damaged. I had a friend that has 3 young kids that my daughter kept for three days from 10-3 and Gail confronted my daughter and said we were not allowed to have these kids over, that it was in my lease violation. Several things are in the lease violation such as having friends and family over, having window coverings up in the bedroom, standing out side to smoke, having a baby, have people of color in your home, going to college three days a week and staying away from the premisis overnight. This woman sits in front of our apartment and watches everyone at night. Then there is the local bar next door where local drunks come over to our complex around 2 am and passes out in the lawn on a consistant bases. You can hear people fighting outside nightly from the bar and riding motorcycles up til 3 or 4 am. Save you money and dont live here!!! THESE ARE AKA VILLAGE PARC
