I had an auto financed at Southeastern Credit Union in Valdosta Ga. I traded my auto in February 2013. I called ahead and got a payoff before trading. At that time the representative didn't tell me what and if anything else I needed to do on my accounts there. So I traded the auto and choice not to use SEFCU again. They received payoff for my auto loan on February 22,2013 in full. My next payment was not scheduled until the next month on the 5th to be deducted from my checking. No one any time told me that I to call and ask for them to stop the payments from coming out even though the loan was paid in full. So the payment was deducted on March 5th and I can not get it back until March 12th. Plus I had been calling since the 20th for a payoff statement (which no one would return my calls or fax the form) I called again on March 4,2013 to request the payoff statement again (still no response) but in the calling noone imformed me that the payment would continue coming out and plus they was going to take some of the money in the savings account due to the loan was paid in full and there was not 100.00 in the account.
So the Southeastern Federal Credit Union has caused my checking account to overdraw and they have taken some of the money out my savings there due to my loan was paid in full. And they did this to a customer that paid every payment on time and plus paid the loan in full. This is the worst credit union I have ever delt with.
