It was great that you were able to fit me in right away after my 6 month checkup and cleaning. Since I require an antibiotic before every dental procedure it was most convenient to have it all done on the same day. Thanks! more

Great Service Ever! 1/1/2012

Came in this week for my teeth cleaning and xrays. I am always warmly greeted when arriving for my appointment and I actually enjoy going to see everyone at the dentist office! Of course I love my hygienist Sue who always takes care in examining and cleaning my teeth! I met with Dr. Kissinger after my cleaning and he always takes the time to ask me if I have any questions or concerns and if I need treatment then will explain what is needed and what I can expect! I love Southbridge Dentistry and have recommended it to several friends who are equally as satisfied with the practice. I have only been seen by Dr. Kissinger and Dr. Barker who are both very knowledgeable and detail oriented when it comes to my treatment. more

Stay Away, bad experience x2 12/13/2011

I went to see Dr. Barker for a simple cleaning and on my first visit they told me they had to do an hours worth of x-rays and evaluations. Then I scheduled a second appointment to get a cleaning and then they tell me they have some other procedure that would take an hour and they would need to repeat it for another hour on the other side of my mouth. I have had regular cleanings every 6 months for 10+ years without issue. So after 2 appointments they still would not give me a cleaning. They are the single worst dental office I have ever been to. Expect 3-5 visits just to get a basic cleaning so they can charge your insurance through the roof. I do NOT suggest this office to anyone!!!!!!!!!! My wife had a similar experience and they tried to have the dental assistants do her filling because the dentist does not do those anymore? Are you kidding me????? more

Excellent experience, highly recommended! 11/28/2011

both of my children (ages 7 and 9) and I had our cleanings and check ups yesterday. We were treated kindly and gently (key for me). I've been traveling over an hour each way to go to this dentist for 8 years and will continue to do so. I don't feel like we get scammed into extra dental work here and I'm not afraid of this dentist like I am of others. My children like it as well. We've all had fillings and even root canals here. The experiences have overall been fine. more

I had a great checkup and cleaning from Bernice, who also introduced me to a new tool that dentists can use to detect cancer spots before they can be seen by the naked eye. I came out just fine. Bernice is very thorough and caring, with a followup by Dr. Barker, who takes a second look to make sure everything is handled. Bernice also sent me away with extra Stimudents, at my request. more

Kind and Helpful 11/7/2011

Our son was hit directly in the teeth with a slap shot and had nearly all of his front teeth knocked out. It was quite a traumatic experience for all of us. We met with Dr. Steve Barker a couple of days after this happened. From the moment he walked in to the room, he had such a calming effect on all of us. He very patiently explained everything that would need to be done to restore our son's beautiful smile. He took the time to answer in detail all of our questions. By the time we left the office after this first appointment we all felt so much better. I would highly recommend Dr. Barker and his entire staff to future patients. Everyone in the office was so kind and helpful!! more
