I recently concluded a transaction with this company at a cost in excess of $20,000. All I can say is " find another company for tile and granite." The person we worked with, Joan Ludwig professed to know what she was doing and then consistently messed up the order to the extent that she delayed our house renovation. In addtion some of the information she gave us was false which caused us to use more expensive materials than needed. And then after they caused us to over order they refused to take back full and unopened boxes of tile. The only good thing I can say about the experience is that it is finally over.
