I absolutely despise this water company!! Their customer service is terrible, they don't follow up, they didn't turn my water on as I instructed the day I moved into a new home after notifying them 3 weeks in advance!!!! And here we are going into our 5th month of service with them and STILL WE HAVE NOT RECEIVED A BILL??! Everytime we call, they keep saying the bills not ready. ""They had to put in a new water meter before we moved in (B.S.!) and haven't been able to generate a bill."" Then sent us a damn delinquent notice for the original deposit bill we've been trying to pay them for month!!!! If you can avoid this Water Company at all cost, PLEASE DO SO!!!!
