South Point Family Practice: Locklear David MD

For 6 years, I went to Dr. Chin trying to get a diagnosis for constant vommitting. She put me on Paxil thinking it was anxiety and depression, but would never refer me. I changed physicians this year, and to date, I have had an MRI, a CT Scan, I have been reffered to a heart doctor, and a nutritionist. The diagnosis, SUGAR AND SODIUM. I was getting too much of it. In 3 short months my new doctor was able to figure this out. I am on ONE medication and I never get sick anymore. So thanks SPFP for constantly taking my money and never giving me a diagnosis. And did I mention, I have a heart murmor that she never also found? Question this facility before you go. I met with other doctors there as well, and NONE of them were willing to help me. Its just a large facility and they want patients and money. They do not care about you. more

They have recently moved into their new large office which is very nice. The parking is so much better than the last location. The office stays very busy but it is usually always easy to get an appointment . The doctors and staff are very nice and take their time with you. They also offer lab work on site as well as mammograms. more
