Friendly, cordial, excellent. Everyone is helpful and attentive. I appreciate the time I am afforded. I've recommended friends and seen them go there. Thanks for the refreshments and snacks up front and being friendly towards children. My son likes that there is public mouthwash. My other son likes that he gets to eat cookies! more

Excellent. The staff is inviting and very helpful to patient's needs. They are very detailed and they take time to explain to the patients and ask questions so as to cover all areas that the patient might have. They say there is always room for improvement but I feel all my needs are met. So I have no thoughts of an area for improvement. more

Definitely no dentist-horror stories here! 4/7/2011

In my experience with South Pasadena Dental, they've always been courteous and polite. Dr. Tsibel and Dr. Alexander care about their patients and are very approachable. They make themselves available 24-hours a day to anybody that needs help or has a question, and they go out of their way to make patients feel comfortable. Definitely no dentist-horror stories here! more
