I recently celebrated my birthday this past Saturday and I ordered a limo from Lily's. I was very pleased with the service. They arrived on time (for pick up and drop off) the driver was very polite, friendly, and easy going compared to other limo services I have dealt with in the past , whose drivers were very rude!! I also thought they had reasonable prices. Overall, I would recommend them..... Pros: friendly/good prices Cons: no comlaints here :) more

we have been using them for several years, but service has gone down, culminating in an incident which was a no show. what really was disappointing was multiple calls to get status on the whereabouts of our car went unanswered, and they did not bother letting us know if there was any problem. Prices seem fair, but on date of service the wrong Limo arrived, I was told the reason when I called days after instead of them calling me beforehand. The limo driver was very poor, he was speeding, taking sharp turns, and cutting off other drivers, this made me feel very nervous on my supposed to be relaxing ride. When i called to ask about a price difference i noticed was charged an extra 7% charge for using a credit card which was the only way to pay, because they do not accept checks. My Last complaint is that when i called to question the service, the employee on the phone was very rude and hung up on me. I do not feel a Limo company should act this way to a customer, when they had the mix up on there end. Pros: arrived on time Cons: the service, the driver, the customer relations. more
