The entire office goes above and beyond -- I am greeted when I step into the office by my preferred name and with a smile. I arrive early and am taken back on time. The medical assistants chat with me while we wait for the doctor or anesthesia to take effect. Dr. Bock is excellent about telling me exactly what is taking place or needs to happen. This time he said, "There is a small cavity that I'd like to fill before it becomes a problem free of charge. is that OK with you?" First, I had to recover from "free of charge." Then he was asking my permission. That is their style. I am always touched by Dr. Bock's humble, yet professional approach--and his staff models the same thing. From the moment you enter the office, you know you are in good hands. I was greeted with a cheery hello, talked to individually by the dental assistants, and Dr. Bock explained all the dental procedures as he went along. All charges were explained and quoted before performed. Everyone in the office is bright and cheery--a stark contrast to my last dental office.
