South Hills Honda

I had a SRS warning light on my accord. This indicates your air bags no longer work. i google this and find out its extremely common with the drivers seat belt buckle. I schedule an appt, they start telling me of all these charges of $95 for the test, then $600 for this part and $395 for that part. When i mention the Honda extended coverage on this part due to a bad design.. I get the deer in the head lights look and was told , "They Never heard this coverage". So i go home PRINT this out off of Honda's website & bring it in.. Now ALL THE SUDDEN.. oh its covered FREE OF CHARGE... so your telling me a honda dealer never ever heard of this extremely common problem, nor of the extended coverage to cover this Free of charge? Now you tell me .. If i didnt do my home work, how much would they have charged me,... 3-4 Digit number !!! more

This week, I brought my car to South Hills Honda to have some minor service done. They were very accommodating. Someone kept me advised of what was going on the entire time, and I was in and out in about an hour. Their waiting area was nice, and everyone I met with was very polite. I will go back for sure. more

Last week, I brought my CR-V to South Hills Honda to be serviced. I was dreading how much it was going to cost because I knew it needed pretty extensive work (it was in an accident in mid-December), but I thought the price they gave me was fair. The work they did was great...I brought my father, a retired mechanic, with me when I went to pick the car up, and even he said they fixed it well. Everyone I encountered in the service department was nice too. more
