I was horrified to discover my loved one had been admitted to this poor excuse of a skilled nursing center. Shabby conditions, FILTHY rooms, stench of urine as soon as you enter the patient corridor, broken medical equipment, greasy food, nurses lacking compassion, no telephone or tv for patients. If you're lucky a nurse might use her personal cell phone to let you have a conversation with your loved one, otherwise you're out of luck. The blood pressure machines are old and don't work reliably. Most patients are put in diapers automatically even if they are not incontinent because the nurses don't come around except every 1-2 hours no matter what. These pictures are from my grandmother's room and shared bathroom. That dirty bedpan is shared between the two patients in the adjoining bathroom. :( This place should be shut down, truly. If you have anyone you care about in this facility, get them OUT and do it fast.
