These people are the rudest, most unhelpful and insulting people I have ever come into contact with. They do not know the meaning of the concept of customer service. They have left my wife in tears after speaking with them while she was just trying to pay a bill. They make the entire process as difficult as they can. The people who work there must be very unhappy to treat others the way they do. Last year when my wife's mother had cancer and we were out of town for almost the entire year they made it next to impossible to pay the bill over the phone even though that is supposed to be one of their so called services. I wish that we had a choice because it would certainly not be them. Everyone we have spoken with feels the same way. There was even a petition going around concerning the horrible service customers receive.
