my review is going to be about the service center. their prices for tune ups, minor/major services are pretty good compared to other toyota dealers near me. yes, it's a long drive but service is great and i figure i can get cheaper gas down in the oc compared to LA. the guy i go to is Hiro because he'll explain to you and even show you what's wrong with your car, if there is any. last time, he gave me my parts back since i did request them back and i wanted to make sure that they weren't ripping me off on unnecessary charges. more

Great place and great service... 12/3/2010

I recently traded in my Camry for a Highlander and had a great experience at South Coast. I had bought my previous car there as well. The salesman spent the whole day with me as I wanted to test drive, retest drive and look at all the various models they had. His name was Bob and he took the time to show me everything they had and did not complain when I test drove the cars over and over again! The finance guy was great as well and actually offered me some advice as how to improve my credit rating. Great place and great service, I have never had a bad experience here and will continue to buy cars here. more

Great place to get a car serviced 10/19/2010

I have had my Toyota for about 8 months now, and have had 2 scheduled maintenance's. Both times I made 8 A.M. appointments on Friday mornings. Both times they started right on time. Both times I was told it would be about an hour to an hour and half. Both times they were done in about an hour. The last time I went they noticed I had a minor puncture in my back left tire.  They went ahead and patched the puncture with no charge.  (This is normally like a 25$ charge at a tire shop). I also bought my Toyota from this location from Tom.  He was very helpful, non pressuring and answered all my questions.  Was very up front when I asked certain things, and did not hesitate to give it to me straight.  Did not try to give me the run around.  Great place to get a car serviced or if you need a new Toyota check them out. more
