I was looking for service for my HP Z3200 plotter, gave these guys a try. Great tech Gary knew more than anyone from HP that ever came out here. I definitely recommed this company...

Quite bad experience, rude and unhelpful on the phone, unprofessional in the store, didnt really try to help me at all. Cannot recommend them !\r

Not for the average consumer 8/17/2010

It costs $85 just to get a repair estimate. Then the repairs are very expensive (labor + parts, which cost far more than what you would pay online for parts). Then they tell you the estimate cost can be applied towards the purchase of a new machine. Sounds good, but their prices are very high (much more than you would pay online, even after shipping charges). For the average consumer, you're better off throwing out the machine and buying a new one online. more
