Yummy Fish Tacos 3/25/2006

South Beach has great fish tacos that are generous in size. My favorite is the mahi. Order your drinks at the bar and then servers will take care of the food order. Can get busy in here, but the tables turn over fairly quickly. Parking can be tight, though there is a City lot just west of the property. Great sunset views to be had if you sit at the bar. All around a good value. more

Awesome fish tacos 10/23/2005

This is the place to get the best grilled fish tacos in town. Also has a great view of the pier and ocean if you sit in the west side of the building. Service is decent, and prices are very reasonable. Often crowded, but always a friendly crowd. Perfect wrap up to a Wednesday night farmer's market trip. Yummy! more

best fish tacos in san diego 9/8/2005

This place has some of the tastiest fish tacos in the San Diego area. Try the Mahi, Ceviche or Baja. As a bonus, there are amazing panormaic views of the ocean from anywhere in the restaurant thanks to the huge windows. They also have a full complementary bar featuing 27 types of tequila and 16 beers on tap. The beer selection is excellent and includes quality brew like Sierra Nevada Pale Ale or Anchor Liberty Ale. Best time to go is between 4-6 pm daily, as this is one of the best value happy hours you're going to find in San Diego. more

Best Mahi Tacos in Town! 8/12/2005

No secret to the locals of Ocean Beach, is the perfection of the South Beach Mahi taco. With a view of the pier and the ocean to the west, and the locals cruising Newport Boulevard to the north, there is plenty to watch while enjoying the fresh cuisine. Although the Mexicans invented the fish taco, these guys have perfected the american version. With multiple beers on tap and a full bar, you will leave completely satisfied. more
