Don't even think about coming here. Guy who sold me my car was such a crook. I had already agreed to a new 2008 Honda Accord EX, and they offered to sell me the anti-theft alarm for an additional $450. At first I was hesitant and knew it would be around $300 if I got it installed outside. The dealer told me that the remote control would be seperate if I got it from somewhere else, so i decided that for $150 more, I could get the remote attached to the key. Turns out the EX and the LX-P comes with built in alarm. They charged me an extra $450 for something that I already paid for! I just got a lot of pent up tension and need to rant about this place. more

Rude and Un-Professional behaviour by the Sales Manager 1/14/2007

I was there to buy a used Suzuki Aerio. Everything was pleasant until we got to negotiating the price. The manager was extremely rude--started throwing stuff around and made several snide remarks after looking at my offer price. I had done quite a bit of research and explained to him how and why I felt that was a fair price. Though it is a car-dealership, I was expecting some level of professionalism and decency. I would not recommend that place at all for buying your car--new or pre-owned. more

Best South Bay Honda Experience 4/21/2005

I purchased my Honda on the peninsula, and for a year or so I took it to my original dealer for service. Then I realized there was a Honda dealer tucked neatly away at Los Gatos Boulevard and Roberts Road. Imagine my surprise! I haven't had a bad service from South Bay Honda yet. They used to be Los Gatos Honda, they've changed ownership, and name, but the service is still fast, done right, and served with a smile. The last time, they were going to drop me off at my office, but when the van driver was late, they gave me a rental car for the day ... so I wouldn't be late for work. That is *great* service. more
