The main reason I go there is because of Hubert's integrity. He stand's behind his service. I've been going to them for at least 10 years, before they were under that name.

Fouled spark plug 12/26/2011

As always, the work performed on my car was superb. I won't take my car anywhere else, and even though I live in Monrovia now, I will drive the distance to let Hubert's guys work on my car...... more

Great Mechanics!! 10/13/2011

Hubert Choi, the owner at South Bay Car Care has been our mechanic for about 15 years. When he moved to Lawndale we followed him there. He is honest and reliable and the work they do in his repair shop is fantastic. I highly recommend this place. more

The work was a lot more than I was hoping that I would need. I was veey wrong and did not recognize souds that were not normal on an aging car. I found South Bay Car Care to have a high level of honosty and integrety. Showing me the parts that were a big problem really made me truely see what had happened with my car. I was very satisfied. more

oil change 8/18/2011

Brought my car into today for a long overdue oil change. Car was serviced by Rey who did a great job, and advised on other preventative maintenance my car will need. Also dealt with Max, the service manager......great experience! more

This is a great service provider weather its for my 1965 Plymouth Satellite or my 2007 Z06 Corvette. They can do it all with the best possible service results. Very professional, friendly and knowledgeable no matter what vehicle. more

Honest and caring 4/22/2011

We have used this shop for years. They are always careful with analysis of problems, maintenance of systems, and the work that they do. Sometimes they will tell us that we should "keep an eye on" something, but that we don't have to fix it yet. How many places do that, instead of going for the quick cash? We will continue using South Bay. more
