I had a South Air tech investigate a leak in my condo. He said the leak was caused by my air conditioner. The condo association took his word and I had to pay $1,800 to repair water damage to my neighbor's unit, in addition to $2,400 for a new a/c unit. 3 months later, the leak was back. South Air says this is an entirely separate issue due to a stopped drain hub (the drain hub serves both my neighbor and my a/c units). I think they missed the main cause of the leak and they should reimburse me for the $1,800 at least. They turned it over to their insurance company, which denied the claim. South Air says this is all they can do. That is not the customer service they describe on their website.
