Way too smokey, it's obvious their smoke eaters do not work. Also was there for 'happy hour' and the juke box was blaring to the point where we could not hear others at our table talk. When we asked that the music be turned down we were told that someone at the bar had put money in and wanted it 'cranked'. It was obvious that besides our table others around us were also annoyed by the loud music. They seemed to value the business of one man at the bar more than they did the rest of the bar combined. Beer prices are OK but mixed drinks are way too watered down, not even a full shot.\r BTW ,pay no attention to the review by carolgold, she's the owner. Nice try carol.\r The food is OK, the beer is cold but there mixed drinks are probably the weakest in the county. Whiskey and water? you better bring your own flask if you want to taste any whiskey and its the same for all their mixed drinks. They use a measure and I doubt after the spillage on the bar that you are even getting a full shot. Also the place reeks of smoke and you would be best served by putting your clothes right into the washer when you get home or your house will smell like smoke for days.Really, really bad. more

I love this bar! I've been going here for a few years now and I will continue coming.They have 17 steel tip dart boards and 8 soft tip boards. Beyond that, if darts is not what you are looking for, they have great food that is not really normal ""bar"" food and the beer and drink prices are better than most of the places in the area. If you like wings, you really need to try theirs! more

Giving it one star because you have to put SOMETHING in there - although they don't deserve any stars... hope management is looking!! : Bad experience trying to get service in this restaurant/bar. The sad thing is that this is the second time in as many years. NEVER AGAIN. Waited 10 mins at the bar, while others (at least four other patrons. We were just looking at each other after each one... thinking, ""SERIOUSLY?"") came in behind us and just walked right up and got waited on. Really? Competition is too fierce for servers to be blatantly rude to would-be return customers. I mean, who needs it?! We go out to eat 1-2 times per week, so we do spend money. But we will never spend money in that place - promise. I thought the S. 94 Bistro was under new management, that's the only reason we went back after a couple of years since the service was so bad the first time we went there. But never again. Don't waste your time!!!!!!!!! You'll see that repeated over and over in different reviews about this place. more

I can't really comment on the food or drink,because we sat there and waited 25 minutes at THE BAR!! and never once did the barmaids ask us what we wanted to eat or drink.I finally asked one of the rude barmaids "" What does a person have to do to get waited on in here"". Skip this place,probably the worst bar I've been in in St.Charles. more

Me and my husband love this place, the food is good and people are friendly, well if you have the right bartender. Wednesday nights we have found to be the best time to go or whenever Ana, the bartender, is working. You actually recieve service and a smile. more
