Souper Salad Restaurants

this was terrible you can not reach half of the items because the sneeze guard is so low and are on the other side of the buffet making you go around and get in line again. i found a very limited choice and the hot items were no better 4 soups and a seafood bisque with no seafood in it i did not even try the pizza or other items as i was disgusted with the layout. told my wife go again if you want but i would not be returning we also called for directions and were told they were in windsor square but they are not they are in the mall across the street ,maybe the employees should look out the window and see where they work i have found better salad bars in grocery stores skip this place more

My wife and I are new to Charlotte, NC and were looking for a good salad bar (Like a Sweet Tomatoes or a Souplantation). Well Souper salad was really our only choice. After walking past a police cruiser sitting in the front, and the cop standing out front we entered this tiny little salad bar that resembled Cici's pizza. First of all, most salad bars will have the same items on each side to keep the lines moving. Not here. You must go around to the other side and wait in line again to get the rest of your salad. TO then find out your dressing was on the side you were just on. It was not that crowded at 6pm on a Saturday(Should have told us something) but it seemed like they were severely short staffed. There was no: Soup - only had 2 left Pizza, only sausage Baked potatoes - they came out when we left, 1hr after getting there Bread, only had cornbread, out of the other 4! Pasta, spaghetti had been old and not replaced Nacho cheese...OUT, had to eat a tiny amout of cold nacho sauce Trust me, drive to Cary or Raleigh to Sweet Tomatoes instead of this wanna be salad establishment. I give it -5 stars..HORRIBLE. more

hello too all souper salad was nice at one time every time i go the workers are playing not taking dishes off the table no plates on the bar the place was not clean the workers was more talking too there friends the workers did not come too my table too move the plates off my table did not come over at all but it was cool i do not tip when all is playing i will not go back and i will let people no not too eat at souper salad in matthews more

Salad. Baked Potato, Sweet Potato, tacos, nachos, pizza, breads, soups, pasta salad, tuna salad, ice cream and more. Souper Salad has something for everyone at affordable prices. Children 2 and under eat free, and they have specials on Tuesdays for children as well. The have all the fixings for salad, as well as specialty salads. The have potatoes with fixings including chili, sour cream, green onion, bacon bits, butter, cheese, etc... Desserts...pound cake with strawberries and whipped cream, or ice cream with chocolate sauce and sprinkles. Lots to choose from, including 4+ soups per day, Asian lettuce wraps, etc.. The food is good. The salad items are fresh, and it is a great place to go with kids. more
