I was referred to Don at soundwerks by my brother who was very satisfied with his exoerience. I just wanted a CD player that I could play my phone and ipod on. Don did not try to upsell me. He gave me exactlt what I was looking fir. They are very trustworthy and reliable. I have never had any problems wirh the services they have provided. I have recommended many people. I came in with, what I assumed would be, a $600 repair on my husband's navigation/map computer. Don went out of his way to check a couple "longshots." He and his guys were smart enough to find the problem without ripping apart the dash of the truck! They could have easily told me it was an expensive repair and they didn't. I got out of there for $75, completely satisfied. I would recommend Soundwerks to anyone and everyone! Soundwerks is a company that is very, very creative in solutions and set up. Whenever they install anything, they are able to integrate the product into the existing dashboard so that it blends and looks like part of the original equipment. Obviously an owner-run business. Don and staff know their stuff and stand by their products and work. I visited 4 install shops before letting the guys at Soundwerks instal a custom stereo system in my 1968 camaro. They did a GREAT job, and even helped diagnose an electrical problem not related to the instal. These guys are amazing, great prices, amazing quality work, and by far the most personable, friendly, accommodating staff I've ever met. That's what really made the difference for me. Go see Don, he'll make sure you're getting exactly what you want; I saw him go the extra mile for me...he actually went to the auto parts store to get parts for my installation that I forget to get myself. I was so excited to get this new product into my truck, I called Don who was booked completely for the week but said he could fit me in two days later. Not only did they accommodate my needs they stayed an hour and a half later after closing just to finish my truck. I have a 2005 Dodge Magnum that Don and his team have worked on previously to install a security system. As a satisfied return customer to Soundwerks,they installed additional audio equipment (subwoofer and amplifer). Issues arose to this 3rd party equip that was not Soundwerk's responsibility. Don (the owner) took the time to find the root cause, resolve the issue and get the car back on the road.
