I saw Dr. Grier and I was very impressed. He is absolutely great. He is so funny and will make jokes with you and seriously make you laugh. Its a great thing when you're having medical issues to have a doctor who can make you laugh especially if you're having uncomfortable procedures done. Everyone needs a good laugh and to find a doctor that is happy and hilarious is just awesome. His bedside manner is great and he was great about telling me everything he was doing during the tests I had done. I always knew what was going on and I felt like I really mattered as a patient.
I look forward to my future visits here, but not really the uncomfortable tests ;)
The only con about the clinic is that they did not think about the front office very well. It echo's and there is absolutely no privacy if you need to ask the receptionist something personal or need to give out personal information. Its very loud and if they answer phones you can hear everything they are discussing with the person on the other end. Its a small flaw to a very nice clean and great clinic. So if you have something to ask the receptionist whisper or go behind the door to talk to them because it might echo otherwise.
The only other thing that really bothered me is that there was one receptionist that was very rude and crass. an elderly man came in and was obviously a new patient. he filled out his paperwork and was about to walk away and then she said loudly (and it echoed) ""Im not done with you yet."" in an angry voice. I only saw her the first time I visited, so maybe she's not there now, but there are probably 4-5 people at the front, so its not really a big deal. I just thought it was kind of odd that she was being that way and wondering where the manager was...to reprimand that type of behavior.
Pros: Clean rooms, great bedside manner
Cons: front office is NOT private
