I have a service contract on an oil furnace in a rental. The repairmen are dependable and the sales staff helpful. In three years, maintenance has been completely routine, and they've never tried to sell me anything I didn't need. more

Extremely pleased 4/12/2011

We have been extremely pleased with the customer service from this company. They have gone above and beyond on many separate occasions, sometimes not even charging us for minor repairs needed on our furnace. Whenever we have needed a service tech, they have sent someone right away, within a few hours of our phone call, which is very appreciated when you don't have heat in your house due to a malfunctioning furnace. We would HIGHLY recommend this company! more

Friendly and efficient 3/30/2011

Just wanted you guys to know what a pleasure it has been doing business with Sound Oil. Each time I have called the office the receptionist has been friendly and efficient, setting the tone for all communication. John Alley has been especially helpful as he has explained the services the company offers, as well as maintenance and care for the oil furnaces. I have spoken with him several times and he is always patient and willing to share his knowledge. more

Most pleasant to work with 3/23/2011

Roy from your Service dept was also very professional and friendly as he suggested ways to improve heat flow in our rental house, even crawling into a small crawl space to reconnect a heating duct. Both men are a real asset to your company. As a newcomer to Seattle I have recently had the chance to use many services - plumbers, electricians, carpenter - and your men have by far been the most pleasant to work with.
