Since moving to Charlotte in 2009 we had trouble finding a company that could install our Audio/Video components in a manner that we could use them. We found Sound Advice on Angies List and gave them a call. Robert answered and came over that week. Within a few minutes Robert had formulated a plan and gave us an estimate on the spot. We accepted the quote and are very pleased with the work. Sound Advice is currently back, installing a lighting control system, for the third phase of our energy managment system. Thank you Robert! more

We left the key under the mat when we went to work. When I arrived home and our system was installed with a cool remote that made everything wok easily. Robert was on time and came back when he said he would. I sent him over to my neighbors to clean up their system. I feel that Robert was honest and trustworthy. Pros: clean, trustworthy, showed up on-time, able to listen to my needs and provide a solution that fit my life style Cons: no show-room more

The initial meeting to final installation was over in four days and the follow up service was friendly. more
