I purchased around $10 grand in electronics/service. I also dished out another grand on their "warranties". They promised me the world and excellent service (even gave me a cute but WORTHLESS certificate). Short story, they closed a year later. Of course my system broke. I went to the store before they closed, but was told they would not honor it since they are closing. Meanwhile, my system still operates poorly. I went to their Grand Opening and asked about my warranty and their new one. Result:: same old story: OVER-PROMISE & UNDER-DELIVER. They even offer the same lame overpriced warranties, but claim we will honor it for real this time. But they say I'm out of luck on my old one. Do your self a favor and go to BEST BUY and use their upscale Magnolia/Geek squad. Save the bucks and get more reliability. more
