Sorrell's Body Shop

My son is a student at Arkansas Tech University which is almost two hours from home. Yesterday the door on his truck would not open so he had to crawl in on the passenger's side. Long story short, he took his truck to Sorrell's and they took great care of him. He said everyone, especially Eric, was very friendly and kind. I want to give credit where credit is DUE! Three deer hit the driver's side door causing near $2000. damage to my '99 Toyota Camry. I was very pleased with the repair job, but I did have one significant complaint, the length of time my car was in repair. However, after submitting an evaluation, with that complaint reported, one of the co-owners called me personally and apologized for the delay and did not attempt to make any excuses. He did tell me if I had any more problems to ask for him. I did, I took my car back and did ask for him, my additional problem was fixed promptly with monetary adjustment. I am now a very pleased customer of Sorrells Body Shop. They have made up for the extended wait with the apology and the follow through. I value management I can trust. more

If you are in the need for a great auto body shop, I suggest you stop by Sorrell's Body Shop. After my car was damaged in an accident I took it by Sorrell's Body shop. They took care of the insurance claim and paperwork and set me up in a rental car. They told me what they were going to do to my car and how long they expected it to take. They did a great job in fixing my car and it was done when they said it would be done. My car looked good as new and I feel like they really took care of me and my car. They are very professional and friendly and put their customers first. more

When I had some minor damage done to my car, I priced around for the best deal since I wasn't going to file an insurance claim. Sorrells Body Shop, Inc. had by far the cheapest price. I was a bit weary since they were so much cheaper than the other body shops in town, but after asking around and hearing positive reviews I decided to give them a try. I was very pleased with the work they did on my car, you can't even tell it was ever damaged. The staff at Sorrells was always professional and courteous and kept me informed at all times. My car was ready when they said it would be and they did a great job. I will definitely do business with them in the future. more

Sorrells Body Shop is a great place to get your automobile fixed. Maybe I'm a bad driver, maybe I have a bulls-eye on my car...who knows. But the car I drive has been hit three times, the last two times Sorrells has fixed it and made it as good as new. They do major and minor repairs and anything in between. Their staff is very friendly and if you are there from time to time, they remember you! They get the job done when they say they will and will help you with getting a rental car.
