What a refreshing find. There's no need to travel to the North End with authentic Italian taste right in the neighborhood. The pasta was al-dente and the red sauce was superb.

A little bit of Florence Italy in Hudson! 4/23/2006

We have dined with friends at Sofia's Ristorante several times in the last few months and have had wonderful food and service. The owner/chef Vincenzo of this authentic Italian restaurant is from Florence Italy and he offers homemade pasta with delectable sauces. The veal and seafood entrées are equally excellent as well as the wine selection. A great value! Eileen more
