I was very unhappy with the results here. I got my eyebrows and lips done and the work looked invisible, like I had nothing done. I was told I would have to pay again if I wanted to make it darker. Julia did not take the time to ask me any questions aboiut how I wanted it, she just did it the way she liked it, which was awful and way to natural. She also does not use a profesional machine (similiar to a tattoo gun that plugs in) she uses a hand held tool that does not plug in with a needle on the end. I think that is part of the problem. I drove by the facility so many times on Route 9 before looking it up online and then finally going in. Had a good consultation initially so I understood what was available, the benefits, costs, etc. Pros: range of services, skilled professional staff, nice facility Cons: none more
