I've been going to Dr. Alden Soohoo at South City Chiropractic every one or two months over the past fifteen years to maintain spinal and neck health (preventively). On a couple occasions when I injured my neck, jaw or arms we set up more frequent appointments, by way of therapy. Dr. Soohoo does a thorough, careful and sensitive job coaxing the spinal and neck bones back into their correct positions and relieving muscle tension. He also adjusts my wrists, which helps prevents tendonitis and carpal tunnel problems. Finally, he vigorously massages my jaw muscles by putting on a rubber glove and pressing on the inside surface of my cheeks to release jaw tensions. Few chiropractors are trained to do this "inside-out" jaw massage. Dr. Soohoo has a friendly and expansive personality, with a lively sense of humor.
