Good staff and service 9/28/2009

I found them here on City search and decided to give them a try. I went in for a consultation and from there on I am very happy with them! Ihave bad sun damage and they got me started on medical products and on IPL treatments. I was completely blown away with how affordable they offer them! Very nice and professional staff. best med spa 4/23/2009

I have been to many medical spas derms etc to try and get rid of my acne and had no luck until I came here. I met with the staff and actually had 2 girls giving me personal attention the whole time it was great. They put my face in a machine that basically told me everything that is going on with my skin. They did not try and push me to buy anything they asked me what I use and to bring in the products so they can see everything. I came again and that is when they combined some of the products I have at home with a couple of things they suggested and I am serious my skin has never looked better. The staff really cares over there and I really appreciate them not trying to just get me to buy everything to actually work out a solution for me. I also love the Jane Iredale makeup it feels so light and stays on for the entire day. Thank you- sincerely kelly lambert Pros: great honest advice more

Good Customer service 4/17/2009

I found them online and decided to go in to check the prices for Laser Hair Removal. I was very happy to hear their prices. I ended buying a package and I am very happy with the results. The machines they use are very good and I'm already seeing really good results!!! Nelly is the tech that does my treatments and she is very attentive. By the way she is also very good at waxing eyebrows!! I highly recommend them !! more

great customer service, prices and wonderful staff!! 9/14/2008

I just went to sonterra laser med spa last week when a friend recommended going there. This is by far the best customer service I've received in a while. The staff is amazing. Everyone is so friendly and nice from the moment you walk in the door you feel like you are getting pampered. Dr Kumar did my botox and fillers and everyone keeps asking what I did because I look great!! He is wonderful and put me at ease. They took time with me and went over all my skin care concerns. I'm so happy I will be returning there for sure! If you are looking for a friendly staff with lots of experience I would highly recommend this place!!! more

Best Med Spa 8/11/2008

I've had a single Skin Rejuvenation treatment, I noticed a large improvement in skin texture and firmness. I even saw an old collegue and she gave me a compliment on how great my skin looked. The staff at Sonter\ra Laser is so helpful. They take the time to get an in depth skin analysis and explain it thoroughly. The facility is clean and inviting place. The skin consultant Christina was great she was patient, and thorough and Dr. Kumar was very pleasant to visit with as well.
