I have tried many times to contact this business to ask questions about there tile. The wait for the tile shipment has nothing to do with the tile contractor themselves. I am sorry you had to wait so long! It is the distributer, not the installer. I had my shower, and kitchen backsplash done by Sonoma TIle Works, and it is amazing! Mike is absolutely an artist! for the materials needed for the job... This happens to the best of best at any point in their career, out of all of the work mike has done for me, that has never happened. more

First time message here regarding Sonoma Tile Works. Great tile, took two months to the day to get it -- be SURE you order with plenty of time to check the tile and your order and to re-order any additional/replacement tiles. Also, be aware that some colors aren't guaranteed, so if you need to order more of another color, it might not match what you already have on hand. Certain colors aren't guaranteed an expidited ship time, either, meaning that you could be waiting yet another two months for your shower to be completed.\r Finally, NEVER trust your tile supplier, designer, contractor, ANYONE to get the amounts you need correct. If you're handy with a calculator double check the calculations yourself. Think of it like reading the tedious fine print on your car insurance -- it could save you a lot of time, headaches, and money. We didn't, and ended up with a disaster. more
