I decided to come to Sono Bella after having been in Chicago for five years and never finding the right medical spa. Now I regret why it took me so long to find that place. I am writing this after my second visit with them, I am an avid spa goer and always looking for the right esthetician, right price, latest technology and as little pain as possible. I am always skeptical on my first visit so I do my homework when it comes to the products used since I have very sensitive skin, I use only natural high quality products and I do care about what goes on my skin and body. First, I got an excellent microdermabrasion ( mind you my cousin got hers somewhere else and she wasn't that happy with the results ). My skin was happy because it was soda based ( this is the newer technology ), and not the crystals that are generally used. So no redness, no irritated eyes and much better results because it is all natural. Second, I signed up for laser hair removal and got a great deal ( I choose to go with a package so I got a nice discount, lucky me ) and just had my first session. LOVED IT ! Seriously, I am so sensitive but Natalia was great, she was gentle and patient. I am already seeing results and can't wait for my other sessions... I loved their approach to personalize each service. I am treated as a member of their family. Always stay open a little later for me, as I have a tough work schedule.\r \r The last visit to Sono Bella, they were having a client appreciation day. We were served refreshments, and free products. They have raised the bar when it comes to Service on a personal level. I schedule my visits on my time, not theirs. If you haven't gone there yet you are missing out on the best experience ever at a truely European Med Spa.
